Our Beginner and Improver Groups are the perfect place to start if you’ve never played tennis before and are looking to take it up for the first time or if you haven’t played for a while and are looking to dust your racket off and start up again!


You will learn to develop the technique used to be able to play singles and doubles, as well as a basic tactical understanding of the game, which will help you play some great, competitive social matches or more competitive competitions if you wish.

Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities, and a great way of burning hundreds of calories in a single session! No tennis experience is needed and we provide rackets and all the equipment to get you started.  Set personal fitness and weight loss goals with our team of coaches to give you that push you need to smash your body goals!!
